3. Eligibility Requirements
To use our services, you must:

5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and include:
- Companion service fees
- Arrangement and coordination charges
- Verification and safety costs
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfers
- UPI payments
- Digital wallets
- Cash (in specific arrangements only)
5.3 Payment Schedule
- Advance payment required for confirmation
- Balance as per agreed terms
- No refunds for completed services
- Cancellation fees may apply
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Client
- 24+ hours notice: 90% refund
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours: No refund
- No-show: No refund + blacklist
Cancellation by Service
- Full refund if we cancel
- Alternative arrangements offered
- Priority booking for next time
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

8. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific engagement in question.
9. Termination of Service
We may terminate services immediately if:
- You violate these Terms & Conditions
- Engage in illegal activities
- Harass our companions or staff
- Provide false information
- Fail to make payments
Termination may result in:
- Blacklisting from future services
- Loss of any advance payments
- Legal action if warranted
